Would you like to further progress in your career?

North Chadderton School are delighted to be one of the schools comprising the Outstanding Leaders Partnership, a collaborative partnership of schools, teaching school alliances and multi-academy trusts that are supported by Best Practice Network to deliver the National Professional Qualifications for school leadership. These NPQs are for serving or aspiring Middle Leaders and Senior Leaders; each qualification is tailored to the needs of the leadership roles. The qualifications require candidates to drive sustainable school-based improvement. The provision positively impacts on the skills and confidence of candidates and the success of their schools.
